Environmental Education

Environmental Education is one of the focal points for The Green Ticket. Children and adults alike will appreciate the environment so much more if learning through a hands on experience. And what better place to do this than in the middle of the indigenous forest belt of South Africa.

The Eco Warriors programme has been designed to highlight the critical state our planet is in and what WE can do to make a difference. This programme is suitable for both adults and children and provides a fun learning experience that is hands on and well balanced to provide both the practical and theoretical side of things.

The participants will be exposed to and involved in alien removal & uses for these removed plants, planting indigenous trees, eco/art litter projects, recycling, water conservation, carbon sequestration initiatives, wildlife conservation, ecology and general conservation and appreciation of our natural resources.
